About me

Md. Rashidul Islam is an undergraduate Computer Science student from Bangladesh, currently studying at Albukhary International University (AIU), Malaysia, on a fully funded scholarship. He is also a research intern at UniV, where he actively contributes to research projects in data science. He has completed two internships, one as a WordPress Developer in 2023, gaining hands-on experience in web development, and another as a Data Science Intern at CodeAlpha from August 2024 to November 2024, where he worked on real-world projects, strengthening his expertise in data science. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge through online courses and evolving research projects. Md. Rashidul has published one research paper about NLP, which received one citation within a month of publication. Additionally, he has submitted two more research papers and presented one at the Global Student Research (GSR) Conference at KFUPM, Saudi Arabia . He secured full funding to attend the conference, with all expenses covered by the organizers. Now, he is actively engaged in multiple research projects in Data Science and is dedicated to making meaningful contributions to the field. Beyond academics, he is passionate about mentorship and community development. As the Head of Academy / Academic Executive of the Bangladeshi Student Community at AIU (BASCA) , he provides academic consultation, career guidance, conducts workshops, organizes skill development sessions, and facilitates resource sharing for students. With a strong foundation in data science, research, and mentorship, Md. Rashidul Islam is committed to continuous learning and innovation. His goal is to contribute to the advancement of data science through impactful research while supporting and inspiring others in their academic and professional journeys.
